Our Principal, Rebecca Cattran, is an established change advisor, experienced facilitator & executive coach.
She has managed multiple career transitions, built high performing teams and led enterprise-shaping organisational change in diverse industries including healthcare, transport, utilities, retail, technology and government.
Over the past three decades Rebecca has successfully navigated her own change journey.
Drawing on her qualifications in science and communication, she brings a systematic approach and a solution oriented mindset to contemporary change challenges.
As a trained facilitator and ICF credentialled coach, Rebecca is committed to building organisational capability through supporting individuals to succeed.
